Food has always been my language — a way to create beauty, connection, and care. My journey began at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, which led me to the kitchens of Thomas Keller’s Per Se in New York and The French Laundry in Napa Valley. What started as an externship quickly grew into a career: I became Pastry Sous Chef at The French Laundry, where I learned the discipline, artistry, and precision that define three Michelin-starred dining.

After six years in those legendary kitchens, I transitioned into private service -becoming a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth clients, in Palm Beach and Southampton. There, my food philosophy shifted: fine dining should not only impress but also nourish. I began creating meals that balanced elegance with organic, high-quality ingredients, functional nutrition, and wellness principles -food designed to support longevity, gut health, and performance.

My approach today is simple: healthy food should be uncomplicated, balanced, and deeply enjoyable. I believe in crafting meals from the best seasonal and organic ingredients, while making them approachable and satisfying for everyday life. With expertise in all dietary needs - gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, keto, paleo, allergen-sensitive — I ensure that every client feels both cared for and celebrated at the table.

Through Opulent Nourish, I now bring this full spectrum of expertise forward — from intimate private chef services and luxury gatherings to consulting for restaurants and wellness brands. Whether I’m developing menus, advising on health-focused product launches, or preparing an in-home dining experience, my purpose is always the same:

  • To remove stress from busy lives.

  • To create connection through food and gatherings.

  • To bring nourishment, balance, and joy to body, mind, and spirit.

Welcome to Opulent Nourish — where fine dining meets wellness, and every meal is a source of care and connection.
