Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Opulent Nourish. By booking our private chef or consulting services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

  • Opulent Nourish provides private chef, catering, meal preparation, and culinary consulting services.

  • Specific details of your service (menu, duration, guest count, consultation scope) will be confirmed in writing before the event or session.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit (50%, as agreed) is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be received by the agreed-upon date before services are rendered.

  • Payments may be made via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding dietary restrictions, allergies, or other health considerations

  • Opulent Nourish is not liable for issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate kitchen facilities and safe working conditions if services are performed in a private home or venue.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

At Opulent Nourish, we take great care in preparing and serving food that is safe, high-quality, and tailored to your preferences. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Food Allergies & Restrictions

  • While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requests and prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Clients with severe or life-threatening allergies are encouraged to exercise caution and understand that consumption is at their own risk.

Food Handling & Storage

  • Once food has been delivered, served, or left in the client’s possession, Opulent Nourish is not responsible for proper storage, reheating, or handling.

  • We are not liable for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from improper food storage, handling, or consumption beyond the time of service.

General Liability

  • While we take the utmost care in food preparation and service, Opulent Nourish is not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, or injury resulting from consumption of food provided, unless due to proven negligence

  • Nutritional information, when provided, is for general guidance only and is not intended as medical advice. Clients should consult licensed healthcare providers for specific health concerns.

  • Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All recipes, materials, and consulting documents provided by Opulent Nourish are our intellectual property.

  • These may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
