Refund Policy

At Opulent Nourish, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. Because our services are highly personalized and require advance planning, our refund policy is as follows:

Service Bookings

• Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they secure your date and cover initial preparation.

• If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled service, no refunds will be issued.

 

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate. Rescheduled services must be booked within 30 days of the original date.

 

Consulting Sessions

​

• Consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

• If you cancel a session more than 48 hours in advance, we will credit your payment toward a future session.

 

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

• Service cancellation by Opulent Nourish due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Verified medical emergencies that prevent you from proceeding with the service.
