Step into a candlelit secret garden and be transported to the French countryside for one unforgettable Valentine’s evening.
Hosted by Van Nguyen, a former 3 Michelin-star sous chef (The French Laundry, Per Se) and private chef to ultra–high-net-worth families for over five years, this intimate supper club blends the precision of pristine fine dining with nourishing, feel-good food - all in a warm, deeply human setting.
This evening is supported by collaborating chef Ada Zhang, founder of Cooking with Ada - a private chef and culinary storyteller known for her love of food and her soulful, story-driven approach to dining. Her presence brings an added layer of care and rhythm to the night, allowing the experience to unfold seamlessly and with intention.
